We want you to know that we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and as mentioned on our website. All items go through strict Quality Control before dispatching. However, there can still be many reasons for you to return the goods ordered.

What can be returned?

• You don’t like the product, if don’t provided as described on the website with the pictures. The product is not as advertised. The product is defective or damaged.

Products in the following categories cannot be returned:

• The product is defective, but used (Got shrinkage, Stitched), and cannot be returned.

All products intended to be returned must be in the following conditions:

Product must remain unused.

• Product has its original packing, it must remain in its original form and unused unless it is returned for being defective.
• Product labels are attached.
• All products received for returns will be checked for the above-mentioned return conditions. If a product does not comply with the above-mentioned details, it will be sent back to the customer’s address.

Who will bear the courier cost?

• The company will be responsible for replacing the product, and all courier charges will be paid by the company.

Notification of return:

• For all the products to be returned, we must be notified of your intention of returning the product within 14 days of delivery.

• Our Customer support staff will provide you with the address of the nearest office where the return should be sent.
• Once the product is received, our staff will issue a refund or process a replacement order as per customer request.
• Refund will be disbursed to the customer provided details within 72 hours after receiving the product. If the customer has ordered a replacement product, that will be considered a new order, and all terms and conditions for the newly ordered product will apply.

• *If the customer’s return is accepted, the customer is entitled to receive full cash, credit refund, or an equal exchange.
